2 cups brown sugar
2 tsp Chef Amadeus Chino 5
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 c spiced rum
1 tsp vanilla extract 
In a medium sauce pan, add brown sugar, water and Chino 5
bring to a boil.. Reduce heat to low
Stir constantly about 5 min, Let low simmer for about 5 min.
Keep stirring until all sugar has dissolved.
Remove from heat and stir in spiced rum and vanilla
Allow to cool before using.
