1 cup all purpose flour 
1 tablespoon sugar 
2 tablespoons baking powder
1⁄8 teaspoon salt
2 tsp  Chef Amadeus Chino 5(or to taste)
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
*When I make these pancakes I leave out salt and sugar. The syrup I use gives me enough sweetness. Gotta cut those calories and salt everywhere I can 
Pre heat your pan on medium 
Combine the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, chino 5, salt in a bowl.
Add the almond milk and vegetable oil to your mixture.
Mix until smooth.
Now the pan should be ready for your batter, so spoon one pancakes' worth of the mixture into the pan.
Flip carefully when you see bubbles in the middle of the pancake, 
Repeat until the batter is gone. 
*You can always add fresh fruit and granola
